All clients are required to maintain an active profile monitoring account through our designated monitoring provider.

If you already have an existing account with this provider, you will need to obtain a new three-bureau report to ensure current and accurate information is available for review. A three-bureau report provides a side-by-side view of data from the major consumer reporting agencies.

A valid debit or credit card must remain on file for the duration of services, as monitoring fees are billed monthly. Failure to maintain an active monitoring account may result in a pause or cancellation of services. Prepaid cards are not accepted, including Chime and Cash App.
